Nice try on shark tank. Too bad you didnt get a deal. The app is great, but the "history" section of the app needs to be fixed. I cant zoom in or out of the screens, and everything is stacked on top of each other to the point that the "history" functionality is paralyzed. Nonetheless, Ill rate 5 stars because its a great free app.

I wish I could say that the system was totally up and running for my needs.this is not anything negative but we need the ability to connect to 911. If I have to send the emergency call to my wife her phone stays in her purse so lets get it going you guys lets make it happen. You wont need the sharks I think this will save many lives

I am very impressed with this app! My aide told me about it because Im disabled and vulnerable to attack. I had some problems with having to re-download the app after I signed up for the subscription monitoring service, but its working great now. I have already used it and the monitoring team is very quick and responsive! Ive already used it and the police were contacted for me. The video also allows for good evidence to the police if the incident has a need for that. Im not sure why I cant see all of my videos in the history section. Some of them show the video for my review and others dont show it even though I know it was recorded so thats maybe a glitch that needs to be fixed. Nevertheless, Im rating 5 stars because its an awesome app to help people stay safe. If you have responsive friends the free version is fine but if they may take time to respond to texts its probably best to sign up for the professional monitoring. Thats what I found to be best so I could get help sooner.

It would be a great idea, but I just deleted it. I cant add a contacts cel phone number unless it has 10 digits. Guess what... Not all countries have 10 digit cel phone numbers. Useless where I live.

This is a life saver applacation. I give it 100% and 5+ stars.

This is one of the worst apps Ive ever downloaded. There is even a review in here that was written by the CEO... who does that?

I think this is a really great product and I saw this on shark tank! And the Sharks need to rethink about making a deal with this, I so totally agree on this.

Makes me feel better that I know I can press a button and have my friends that are nearby know exactly where I am

This is my favorite app! I have used it twice now. Once when my car got stolen. I called Emergensee because I did not have my car license plate info. Emergensee had everything I needed to give to the police. (Make sure you upload all your personal info) I used it a second time to just make sure it was working since I was walking alone at night. They answered immediately and knew my location. This is amazing!! Everybody needs this app!! It is way better than 911. Its like having your own personal 911 on Speed dial. I feel much safer having this app.

I think this is the best app & set up in a way there would be less accidental contacts and set so who you need contacted is right there.

Unable to use the app, while creating account you allow access to photos but when I pushed "add photo" choices were "Take photo" and "photo library" NEITHER OPTION WORKED...if it cant access photos during setup, why would I trust it in an Emergency?? The app is supposed to be able to control audio, video, and take photos. I deleted it immediately to protect any malfunction invading my privacy...DELETE!!

This app is awesome! Everyone should have this app. Thank you for caring about people! I saw this on Shark Tank. The Sharks seriously need to rethink investing in this app. Great job guys!

Im really glad this app is available for people with invisible disabilities! THANKS Theoretically, this is a great app. However, like one of the other Reviewers below, I too, attempted to apply my photo into the app as I was enrolling & theres STILL no way to install the photo! Id think that after the first Reviewer told you about the problem, youd either fix it or remove the photo spot. Thats my only problem. But it could be a BIG PROBLEM!

Great piece of mind for daughters and grandchildren that are traveling in different time zones and in potentially dangerous situations.

I was just exploring the app so I was prepared for emergencies when I clicked on accidentally something. I closed the app and five minutes later I have my mom panic texting me asking if Im okay. It just needs like a bit of child proofing (because yes Im a child). Or clarify the buttons more. Because some of things are misleading if you are as clueless about what means what as I am. Maybe even a cancel button?
